My name is Emily Stovall, I am a costume designer and maker.  I am graduating with an MFA in costume design from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.  I enjoy creating in many areas of theatre, but I am most passionate about costume design, I love being able to communicate the story through clothing.  While costume design is my first love, I also love costume technnology and I find knowing how a garment works aids in my ability to design. 

 

 In a field such as theatre, one can never know enough. I strive to work hard and never stop learning.
